📋 Description

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for SAP SD demands from Latin American business users. • Serve as the central coordination point for SAP SD functional and technical support. • Collaborate with SAP Technical Leaders, IT Business Partners, and Project Managers to define project strategy, prioritization, estimations, and resource needs. • Act as the technical expert on SAP SD custom solutions within the global template and LATAM localizations. • Estimate SAP SD projects to drive business value and optimized cost of ownership. • Support staffing and capacity planning for the SAP SD portfolio. • Guide SAP SD consultants and promote best practices. • Ensure compliance with Quality Systems and SAP governance.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC SD in regional and/or global environments. • Strong knowledge of SAP. • Solid understanding of: Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, and Customer Service. • Strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules and external systems. • Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese desirable). • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
