📋 Description

• Translate customer data into strategic intelligence to drive relationships, retention, and growth. • Serve as an analytical partner to CRM, Marketing, and Customer Intelligence teams. • Identify optimization opportunities and support data-driven decision making. • Directly contribute to improving the customer experience and increasing campaign effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in data analysis applied to CRM, marketing, customer relationship management, or market intelligence. • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, exploration, and analysis. • Experience with Databricks and modern data analytics environments. • Knowledge of analytical processes, including data cleaning, transformation, and visualization. • Experience with statistical testing, hypothesis testing, and experimentation methodologies. • Experience building dashboards, executive reports, and insight-driven presentations. • Ability to translate complex analyses into strategic recommendations for business teams. • Experience partnering with stakeholders to define metrics, measure results, and support decision making. • Experience with CRM, relationship, retention, and loyalty program KPIs.
