📋 Description

• Lead the design and definition of scalable, high-performance data architectures. • Translate business requirements into modern, efficient technical solutions. • Define and recommend solutions using Databricks, Azure and other data technologies. • Provide effort, timeline and cloud infrastructure cost estimates. • Act in a consultative manner with stakeholders, identifying needs and proposing business-aligned solutions. • Support initiatives for the modernization, integration and migration of data platforms. • Ensure best practices for architecture, governance and data modeling. • Participate in agile ceremonies and support the continuous improvement of implemented solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in analysis, design and architecture of data solutions. • Strong experience with Databricks, including Lakehouse and Unity Catalog. • Experience with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, especially Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics and Microsoft Fabric. • Advanced knowledge of Python, SQL and PySpark. • Experience with distributed architecture and processing using Apache Spark. • Ability to design scalable data architectures and estimate development effort and cloud costs. • Experience with SQL Server, SSIS and SSAS for integration and modernization of legacy environments. • Knowledge of data modeling and architecture for analytical consumption and data visualization. • Experience with relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases. • Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban. • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders. • Consultative, analytical and problem-solving profile. • Availability to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week on-site in the South Zone of São Paulo).
