📋 Description
• Act as Scrum Master, leading agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective). • Manage workflow using Scrum and Kanban, ensuring transparency and a sustainable pace. • Plan deliveries, manage risks and ensure clear communication with stakeholders (PMI-based practices). • Facilitate impediment resolution, promote continuous improvement and support the team in organizing work and priorities. • Ensure focus on delivery, outcomes and quality while maintaining a strategic, big-picture view. • Foster a collaborative environment using facilitation techniques that encourage alignment, collaboration and productivity. • Work with the team on prioritization and meeting goals, monitoring delivery KPIs.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or in similar roles. • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). • Solid foundation in integrated project management: planning, risk management and communication. • Proficiency with management tools such as Azure Boards. • Strong facilitation, organizational and problem-solving skills. • Delivery-oriented mindset, holistic perspective, strategic capability and clear communication. • Focus on quality, delivery cadence and team efficiency.
