📋 Description

• Architect, design, and implement scalable Anaplan solutions leveraging both Classic and Polaris engines. • Lead delivery of enterprise-grade workforce planning models across use cases such as: Contact center or support operations planning, Volume-driven workforce capacity planning, Operational workforce planning, Project resource planning. • Serve as the technical and functional authority for solution design, model structure, data architecture, hierarchy design, model performance optimization, and governance. • Partner with client stakeholders to assess current-state planning processes and design future-state solutions that improve forecasting, staffing, capacity, utilization, cost visibility, and decision support. • Collaborate with clients to define end-to-end planning architecture, including data flows, integrations, scenario management, reporting outputs, and user experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Background in multi-dimensional modeling, analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise performance management. • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing performance management solutions using Anaplan. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a consultant and/or industry SME in workforce planning, operations planning, resource planning, or related functional areas. • Direct delivery experience in one or more of the following: Contact center or support operations planning, Volume-driven workforce capacity planning, Operational workforce or position planning, Project resource planning. • Strong understanding of workforce and capacity planning concepts such as demand forecasting, staffing models, productivity, utilization, shrinkage, occupancy, service levels, labor cost, and scenario planning. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience. • Strong English communication skills.
