📋 Description

• Property & Casualty / Surety Product Owner position responsible for implementing Agency Management System (AMS) • Lead evaluation and selection of P&C / Surety AMS and manage vendor relationships • Develop and document SOPs and workflows for P&C operations • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements • Oversee Operations Analysts and project management for AMS implementation • Develop training programs and support for AMS users • Analyze system usage data and report KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty / Surety insurance industry • Strong understanding of P&C operations, including underwriting, policy issuance, claims processing, and customer service • Proven experience in project management and system implementation • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with Agile methodologies a plus • Ability to pass a criminal background check, as permitted by law
