📋 Description

• Manage collections from franchisees, including weekly aging reports. • Manage protest filings (SERASA) and negative-credit registration for delinquent accounts (FMKT – PEFIN). • Issue invoices (notas fiscais) and reissue payment slips (boletos) on demand. • Analyze and monitor extensions, debt acknowledgments (confessions of debt), and penalties for early termination. • Control discounts and campaigns (periodic fees). • Issue extrajudicial notices and monitor judicial collection processes. • Prepare reports and case dossiers to support legal proceedings. • Update accounts receivable position daily, posting payments and calculating interest. • Monitor commercial agreements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. • Experience in treasury, accounts receivable, and client/customer relations. • Knowledge of reconciliations, collections, and related activities. • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus). • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
