📋 Description
• Lead creation of syllabus-aligned videos and practice questions for Math Grades 11-12 • Manage a team of freelancers and onboard them on Khan Academy content principles • Conduct quality checks for exercises and videos in Math 11-12 and Math 6-10 • Create videos and exercises for Math 11-12 • Continuously iterate and improve content based on feedback • Curate courses and lead workshops to collect feedback on the content
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of combined experience in teaching and creating educational content for Math • Impeccable written communication skills • Ability to timebox and meet tight deadlines • Proactive work style; able to work without close supervision • Entrepreneurial mindset with high tolerance for ambiguity and bias toward action • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help the team get work done • Work authorization: citizens living in India only
