📋 Description

• Oversee daily accounting operations and manage full-cycle accounting for multiple client accounts. • Provide consulting and advisory services tailored to small and midsize businesses. • Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and sales tax filings. • Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. • Facilitate client interactions, including leading Zoom meetings to discuss financial insights, track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations. • Develop strategic budgets and forecasts aligned with each client's unique goals. • Deliver meaningful insights to help clients understand their financial health, improve profitability, and plan for growth. • Contribute proactively to process improvements internally and for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or an accounting role serving multiple clients. • Demonstrated success managing diverse client portfolios in a dynamic, service-based environment. • Strong financial analysis skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Natural ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service. • Comfortable leading discussions and client meetings (including Zoom). • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, flexible setting. • Candidates will be asked to complete the Predictive Index and Cognitive Assessments prior to scheduling an interview.
