📋 Description
• Lead centralized HQ accounting operations, including complex journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses across global entities • Oversee complex accounting areas, ensuring proper treatment and consistency across global operations • Strengthen and standardize global internal control frameworks, accounting policies, and procedures • Drive HQ-led monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities • Identify, design, and implement process improvements • Partner with executive leadership and global finance teams
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 8+ years of accounting experience • CPA or equivalent certification required • Public/Corporate accounting mix preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated experience in implementing accounting standards and managing technical accounting issues • Advanced knowledge of accounting software (ERP/HFM), accounting standards and financial system tools, with strong Excel skills
