📋 Description

• Build deep technical and business relationships with customers with support from Kigen teams. • Articulate and educate customers on technical aspects of Kigen’s value proposition. • Capture and amalgamate technical requirements into clearly defined solutions. • Collaborate with Sales Managers and customers to oversee technical delivery of projects and responses to RFIs, RFPs and tender bids. • Provide account technical support and define statements of work. • Ensure successful planning and execution of customer-related projects. • Conduct post-delivery acceptance testing to ensure customer satisfaction. • Assign technical tickets to relevant engineers and oversee their delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or other relevant discipline. • At least 5 years’ experience in a technical customer-facing role. • Solid experience with smart card technologies and specifications (GSMA SGP22/SGP32, 3GPP, ETSI, JavaCard, Global Platform, etc.). • Technical understanding of enterprise software and familiarity with related software services (SaaS), ideally in IoT and/or mobile telecoms. • Experience with embedded systems development and knowledge of Android/Linux application development. • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills. • Good ability to articulate new and complex product offerings. • Organised and flexible, exhibit high autonomy, are a problem solver, and a self-starter.
