📋 Description

• Build and maintain a positive working atmosphere through leadership, development, coaching and motivation of your store team • Organize merchandise management on the sales floor and ensure attractive product presentation in the store • Optimize, manage and implement all relevant operational and sales processes • Take responsibility for the sales and financial results of your store • Confident use of our merchandise management and POS systems • Responsible for sales, analyses and workforce planning

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in cosmetics retail or fashion • Strong customer service orientation and sales skills • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire • Team player with leadership experience • Strong organizational skills and good numerical aptitude • Passion for cosmetics
