📋 Description
• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications • Managing IP portfolios • Counseling clients • Performing patentability and clearance opinions • Exposure to domestic and international prosecution • Client contact and management
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of law firm patent prosecution experience • JD, NJ State Bar or ability to gain admission to NJ, USPTO Bar • Demonstrated ability to deal with a variety of technologies within the biotech arts • Industry experience is a plus • Litigation experience a plus
