âą Report to the Country Manager / Regional (Global) Head of Marketing while managing and structuring the marketing team to achieve goals and project milestones. âą Plan and execute lead acquisition campaigns to meet targets for both lead quantity and quality. âą Create a go-to-market strategy for exploring potential new markets. âą Develop retention marketing strategies to boost repeat customer engagement. âą Oversee branding and communications initiatives for local and regional marketing activities. âą Formulate a comprehensive digital marketing strategy encompassing SEO/SEM, database management, and social media. âą Conduct market research to identify trends and insights related to new technologies and market dynamics. âą Manage marketing budgets and forecasts, ensuring targets are set and met.
âą Minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance industry, with a preference for experience in the CFD/FX sector. âą Deep understanding of the FX industry, market trends, and customer behavior. âą Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. âą Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. âą Fluency in English.
