📋 Description

• Lead recruitment processes, primarily for English teacher positions • Provide occasional recruitment support for other areas of the school, as needed • Conduct interviews, group exercises, and candidate assessments • Assess candidates’ English proficiency and pedagogical profile for teaching positions • Maintain spreadsheets and reports tracking recruitment progress • Support the onboarding of new employees • Participate in the selection process, including a pre-interview questionnaire, assessment video, and interview with the HR Lead

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Experience in HR and recruitment and selection • Advanced English (C1 or C2 level) • Advanced Spanish (C1 or C2 level) • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a results-oriented mindset • Availability during regular business hours • Completed or ongoing degree in Human Resources, Languages, or a related field (a plus) • Experience in the language education sector (a plus) • Knowledge of ATS platforms and Excel (a plus) • Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Vagas, Catho, and Gupy (a plus) • 1–3 years of professional experience • Native Portuguese speaker
