📋 Description

• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date technical documentation. • Design standardized policies, runbooks, and workflow processes. • Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude, etc.) to streamline processes. • Manage technical knowledge repositories (Confluence, Notion, GitHub Wiki). • Collaborate with Development and QA teams to validate and update information.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Systems, Software, Industrial, Telecommunications, Control Engineering, or related fields. • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical documentation within software development environments. • Knowledge of architectures, APIs, QA, and deployments. • Proficiency with technical knowledge management platforms. • Excellent technical writing in Spanish and English. • Preferred: Experience as a Technical PM, QA Lead, or Scrum Master. • Knowledge of process automation (Zapier, Make, etc.). • Experience in companies developing banking or other vertical software.
