• You contribute creative ideas and improvement suggestions for the content strategy, create posts based on the founders' editorial guidance, and take care of maintaining, posting, and strategically expanding the social media presence on LinkedIn. • You will be trained on the professional recruiting system and participate across the entire process – from job postings and active sourcing on social media to pre-qualification and conducting interviews. • In addition, you actively help shape the further development of employer branding measures on social media. • You support Sales in preparing for trade shows and processing lead lists – without cold calling.
• Initial proven experience and skills in social media marketing and a basic affinity for online marketing, ideally with a focus on B2B and content marketing (especially on LinkedIn). • You are studying at least in an advanced stage of a Bachelor's program or, ideally, in a Master's program in a relevant field (online marketing, AI, or similar). • Enthusiasm for digital social-media strategies aimed at acquiring customers or candidates. • Confident use of AI tools or willingness to learn them quickly. • Clear, open, and direct communication style and a healthy, realistic self-confidence. • A confident, professional demeanor with clients and candidates and good verbal expression. • An independent, proactive way of working – you like contributing your own ideas and also enjoy working in a team. • Very good academic grades are a plus. • Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong, communicative English. • Initial experience in recruiting is a plus but not required: with your social-media and AI affinity we will train you to become a recruiting professional from day one – with intensive onboarding and personal mentoring by an experienced recruiter.
