📋 Description

• You are jointly responsible for the continuous development, operation and optimization of our global NON‑SAP cloud infrastructures to ensure high system availability and seamless services • You take on the automation of standardized tasks, such as provisioning new infrastructures • You contribute to the implementation of new services and, together with our development teams, bring them onto the KION Group’s digital platforms • You monitor and analyze incidents in IT services, servers, containers or networks, resolve them sustainably and document the solutions • You operate and maintain the global monitoring of all infrastructures and network components • You administer and update Linux and Windows servers and roll out operational agents as well as security updates • You support containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and further develop CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) • You actively expand your expertise in cloud platforms (Azure; GCP is an advantage) and proactively contribute to projects to optimize our cloud landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) • Professional experience operating and further developing cloud infrastructures (public and private cloud) • Strong knowledge of Azure; experience with GCP is desirable • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) • Fundamentals in cloud networking and security concepts (IAM, firewalls, encryption, compliance) • Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle Database) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) is an advantage • Programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, CLI) • Monitoring & logging knowledge (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk) • Willingness to participate in on-call duty and to work independently according to clear standards • Very good German and English skills for communication in an international environment
