•Identify and onboard new sewing partners •Assist partners through onboarding: send samples, provide feedback, and ensure they meet brand quality standards •Coordinate closely with the team to assign designs and track progress •Bonus: Ability to create patterns is a plus. If not, manage pattern makers as needed
🎯 Requirements
•Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role •Strong project management or team leadership skills •Background in fashion design or production is preferred •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
