📋 Description
• Create clean, modern UI designs for web-based B2B software applications • Develop and maintain consistent design systems and component libraries • Collaborate with product managers to understand user requirements and business goals • Work closely with engineers to ensure precise implementation of designs • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups • Participate in user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations • Document design decisions and maintain design specifications • 为基于网页的 B2B 软件应用设计简洁、现代的用户界面 • 创建并维护统一的设计系统及组件库 • 与产品经理合作，理解用户需求与商业目标 • 与工程师紧密协作，确保设计得到精准的实施 • 创建线框图（wireframes）、原型（prototypes）及高保真设计稿（high-fidelity mockups） • 参与用户研究，并将用户反馈融入到迭代设计过程中 • 撰写设计文档，维护设计规范及标准
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience designing interfaces for B2B/enterprise software products • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design work for complex web applications • Proficiency with Figma (primary), Sketch, or similar modern design tools • Experience creating and maintaining design systems • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field • Experience working in remote-first environments • 出色的英文沟通能力（书面和口语） • 有远程工作环境的经验 • 能够适应西方时区工作时间
