📋 Description
• Direct virtual engagement with clients and delivery of contracts and services for SAP Enterprise Cloud customers; • Customer support and problem resolution.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent English; • Strong customer service skills and a self-starter attitude; • Solid experience in SAP Basis and infrastructure, minimum 4 to 6 years; • Knowledge of hyperscalers – Azure, AWS, and GCP; • Previous experience with enterprise cloud services; • Experience with other SAP solutions is a plus.
