📋 Description

• Register and provide corporate support for legal entities and coordinate corporate changes • Create and update corporate and holding-company policies • Prepare and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, charitable organizations, and other counterparties • Provide legal support for opening bank accounts and structuring corporate relationships between companies • Conduct legal research to support decisions and minimize legal risks • Work with the compliance department, participate in KYC processes, and audit products including landing pages, App Store, and Google Play • Analyze, create, and update privacy policies and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance • Register trademarks, protect intellectual property rights, and formalize rights to content and code • Identify and analyze legal risks for products and prepare recommendations to minimize them during development • Complete a test assignment, technical interview, and final interview as part of the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Corporate law: registration, support, and restructuring of legal entities • Legal research and legal analysis for business decision-making • Data privacy knowledge, including GDPR, CCPA, and privacy policies • Strong contract law experience • Legal English at B2+ level
