📋 Description

• Build and scale organic product growth in the AI photo editing/image editing space through social media • Develop and implement an organic social media growth strategy focused on reach, engagement, and installs • Generate and systematically test content hypotheses for TikTok and Instagram Reels • Analyze competitors, trends, and effective formats; adapt and scale successful approaches • Create and implement automation processes for posting, content production, and basic analytics • Track and interpret views, CTR, conversions, and installs to guide decisions and optimize strategy • Launch a new growth channel from scratch, establish systematic processes, and directly influence product and business growth • Potentially build and lead a team as the channel scales

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with TikTok and/or Instagram Reels as growth channels for mobile products • Understanding of social media algorithms, virality, and trends • Ability to identify formats with growth potential • Experience systematically testing hypotheses • Experience working with growth metrics: views, CTR, installs, and conversions • Ability to create content that delivers business results, not only views • Independence and ownership of results • Strategic thinking and ability to build processes • Creativity and proactivity • Desire to develop a new growth channel
