âą Lead a team working on large and complex systems âą Communicate regularly with business stakeholders to understand and align with business goals âą Interface with complex enterprise environments to design integrations and solutions that meet business needs âą Actively contribute to the codebase and support less experienced developers âą Manage a development backlog of bug fixes and feature requests across active and upcoming markets âą Coordinate the rollout of new features and support global expansion efforts âą Occasionally travel to key markets to collaborate with in-field teams and support feature planning or deployments âą Ensure a high standard of communication in English, both written and verbal, with internal teams and external partners.
đŻ Requirements
âą Experience with leadership on IT projects âą Solid knowledge of backend development with Java/Spring Boot âą Strong frontend experience with React or Angular âą Experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) âą Experience with mobile application projects is a plus âą Comfortable working across both new feature development and production support âą Excellent English skills for team communication and stakeholder engagement âą Strong organizational and planning skills âą Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) âą Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect technical decisions to business value âą Willingness to travel occasionally
