• This is a remote position. • KIS is looking for a talented Tech Lead Java to join a growing team working on a global project. • This role offers the opportunity to lead a product with real impact across several countries, with new markets and exciting features constantly being rolled out. • We're looking for someone with strong full-stack experience, leadership skills, and a sharp business sense to help us continue delivering value in a dynamic, high-visibility environment. • This opportunity involves both feature development and market support—ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, collaborating closely with both business and technical stakeholders, and working in a lean and fast-paced setup. • If you’re ready to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you!

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with leadership on IT projects • Solid knowledge of backend development with Java/Spring Boot; • Strong frontend experience with React or Angular; • Experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL); • Experience with mobile application projects is a plus; • Comfortable working across both new feature development and production support; • Excellent English skills for team communication and stakeholder engagement; • Strong organizational and planning skills; • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); • Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect technical decisions to business value; • Willingness to travel occasionally (US, LATAM).
