📋 Description

• Gather and document high-level business requirements from retail clients and translate them into functional specifications for technology partners. • Facilitate requirement discussions, negotiations, and compromises related to timelines, scope, and priorities. • Develop and maintain documentation, including tax and tender rules, data migration plans, test scripts, and user training materials. • Create visual materials such as process diagrams, PowerPoint presentations, and Visio/draw.io charts as needed. • Support test planning and coordinate UAT activities with client staff, ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved. • Collaborate with partner teams (POS Software Vendors) to organize training and prepare for system transitions. • Utilize Agile project management tools (ClickUp, Jira) to manage tasks and deliverables. • Operate effectively in the Eastern Time Zone with occasional travel (up to four trips).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in retail and POS system implementations. • Fuel retail experience is highly desirable. • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
