Their TARE solution combines in-bin hardware with AI-driven software to automatically measure, classify and quantify edible food waste, feeding a cloud dashboard with insights, benchmarks and recommendations to help hospitality, healthcare and institutional foodservice operators cut costs and meet sustainability goals. The product is designed for quick plug-and-play installation and ongoing expert support to deliver measurable reductions in waste and food costs.

📋 Description

• Manage own portfolio of clients • Guide customers from installation to analyzing results and setting goals • Ensure customers have everything needed to reduce food waste • Maintain positive and engaging relationship with each client • Ensure quality of data provided by customers and assist in customer reviews and goal-setting meetings • Collect customer feedback for product improvement • Support with hardware installations and onboarding meetings • Assist customers with technical questions related to our solution

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality, sustainability or customer success background • Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish • Another European Language (French, Italian...) can be a plus • Strong interest in food waste mitigation practices and sustainability in the food industry • Self-driven with the ability to work independently, stay organized, and efficiently manage your portfolio of customers • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt and learn continuously • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Experience in customer success, account management, or consulting
