📋 Description

• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business strategy and user needs. • Design and monitor key product performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion, retention, losses, and profitability. • Work closely with Data and Engineering teams to define, extract, and analyze metrics using SQL and BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, or similar). • Build and maintain performance dashboards that reflect the real-time state of the product and enable data-driven decisions. • Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML for personalization, behavioral prediction, and process automation. • Drive experimentation, hypothesis validation, and A/B testing initiatives. • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure product flows meet internal policies and financial regulations. • Oversee feature launches and coordinate go-to-market and feedback loops with Marketing and Customer Support. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the product team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or similar roles within fintech or digital financial products. • Proven experience defining and analyzing product metrics and making data-driven decisions. • Strong knowledge of SQL and BI/dashboard tools (Looker, Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). • Understanding of credit and risk models and how they impact user experience and profitability. • Familiarity with AI or machine learning solutions applied to product development. • Experience collaborating with technical teams and translating business needs into actionable requirements. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Excellent communication, prioritization, and storytelling skills. • Advanced English level (spoken and written).
