📋 Description
• Advising and drafting legal opinions in Civil and Commercial Law; • Managing administrative and judicial proceedings before all State and Federal courts and administrative agencies nationwide, as well as domestic and international arbitration proceedings and other dispute resolution processes; • Analyzing and assessing contractual and non-contractual risks and liabilities; • Conducting legal due diligence with a focus on the contentious/administrative aspects of companies involved in corporate transactions (mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, corporate and managerial reorganizations, among others).
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Law; • Active OAB registration obtained between 2019 and 2022; • Fluent English; • Postgraduate degree and/or specialization in related areas; • Previous experience working at a law firm; • Prior experience in strategic civil litigation and arbitration is essential; • Advanced English is essential.
