• Oversee the development and implementation of UT-HIP's strategic program roadmap and ensuring alignment with organization goals. • Responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs within UT-HIP. • Align platform initiatives with institutional priorities and statewide health goals. • Oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of programs to ensure they meet organizational goals and objectives. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-institutional projects on time and within scope. • Develop and manage PMO standards, project framework for the team inclusive of plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics. • Ensure effective coordination across data, technology, research, and operational workstreams. • Responsible for personnel management, hiring, training, providing mentorship, guidance, and conducting performance evaluations. • Facilitate collaboration among UT institutions, clinicians, researchers, community partners, and executive leadership. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Uphold rigorous standards to ensure all programs meet requirements for data privacy, security, and ethical use. • Support governance structures that ensure transparency, accountability, and trust. • Other duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's Degree degree in related field strongly preferred. • Superior written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with advanced level of MS Office software. • Proven leadership in multi-stakeholder environments, preferably within academic health systems. • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and work collaboratively. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. • Experience leading enterprise-level initiatives.
