📋 Description

• Produce specification-ready digital assets for email, websites, banners, presentations, video, motion graphics, and related formats • Build, revise, and maintain Figma files, templates, components, and design-system assets • Prepare organised files and specifications for developer or production handoff • Create and adapt video and motion graphics assets for digital campaigns, presentations, social, and other channels • Develop and polish client-facing PowerPoint presentations using typography, layout, visual hierarchy, templates, and brand standards • Manage quality assurance, version control, timelines, and organised file structures across multiple concurrent projects • Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, UX, Developers, CRM, Operations, and Science & Regulatory teams • Resolve feedback and ensure assets meet brand, accessibility, format, and delivery requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of studio production, digital production design, or comparable agency/freelance experience • Portfolio examples spanning email, web, banners, presentations, or other production-ready digital deliverables • Hands-on Figma experience building, revising, and preparing digital files for production • Portfolio or work examples demonstrating components, layouts, design systems, or developer-ready handoff • Demonstrated video and motion graphics experience • Strong PowerPoint production and presentation-design skills • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills • Understanding of web and digital production requirements, including accessibility, file specifications, design systems, responsive considerations, and developer handoff • Resume must be submitted in English • Desired: comfort and enthusiasm for using AI regularly • Desired: experience with healthcare communications, pharmaceutical clients, creative agencies, or regulated review environments • Desired: experience producing digital assets for HCP, patient, payer, disease-awareness, or other healthcare audiences • Desired: experience troubleshooting production issues with cross-functional stakeholders • Desired: basic understanding of HTML, GitHub, Abstract, or other code-level or design version-control workflows
