📋 Description

• Create renders for both in-game and marketing art for Driving Empire • Work with the Art Lead on artistic challenges and deliver consistently across requests so assets are delivered on time • Add creative value to asset requests while aligning with Art Lead and game team goals • Execute Driving Empire’s game style and art direction, including licensing partner requirements • Follow defined art-production pipelines, processes, and documentation for efficient asset creation and implementation • Collaborate with the Art Lead based on feedback to meet quality standards, artistic vision, and technical requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of work experience in a creative field, or equivalent freelance/owned project experience • Portfolio includes several examples of high-quality renders for games on Roblox • Ability to creatively level up assets • Strong creative sense • Proficiency in Blender, Photoshop, Roblox Studio, and Premiere Pro • Ability to work full-time (40+ hours per week) • Must be 18 years of age or older • Familiarity with Monday.com, Asana, JIRA, or similar project management tools (nice to have) • Experience with Moon Animator (nice to have) • Experience creating animations within the Roblox ecosystem (nice to have) • Authorization to work in the country where you reside • Availability to collaborate during Eastern or Pacific Time business hours
