📋 Description
• Greet and check in guests with warm, attentive service • Handle reservations (written and by phone) • Maintain and oversee the occupancy schedule • Handle guest complaints professionally and identify appropriate solutions • Manage the café-lounge (serving beverages and selling retail items) • Prepare invoices and ensure accurate cash handling
🎯 Requirements
• Completed training in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism or office administration, or relevant professional experience required • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required • Good written communication skills and correct spelling • Knowledge of English is a plus
