📋 Description

• Must promote and live up to the Intelletrace core values: Communication, Teamwork, Respect, Accountability, & Learning. • Responsible for auditing and entering invoices and credits. • Vendor accounts on a monthly basis; maintains accurate records and control reports. • Reviews invoices for accuracy, submitting for approval, and attaching appropriate documentation. • Organize and maintain accounting files. • Reconciles vendor statements, researches and assists with corrections of any identified discrepancies. • Sends all disputed amounts found to Service Delivery Team for proper filing. • Assists in documentation of departmental workflows and processes. • Performs various clerical duties such as word processing, data entry. • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree (A.S.) and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Three to five years of field experience is preferred. • Previous experience or exposure to the Financial Services industry is helpful. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge on applicable databases, systems and vendor software programs. • Knowledge of office operations.
