📋 Description
• Execute all testing activities (manual and automation) to improve product quality and deliver product success • Work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operations) to ensure quality • Address test automation needs methodically using analytical skills and problem-solving capacity • Automate functional, regression, and/or performance acceptance tests • Enhance end-to-end automated test coverage and maintain automation frameworks • Participate in sprint planning and collaborate with Scrum team to analyze requirements • Provide test recommendations (Feature Testing, Smoke Testing, Regression Testing) for manual and automated testing
🎯 Requirements
• Likely having 4+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing depending on how fast your learning and developing technical capability • Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies • Familiar with the Agile development methodologies • Hands-on experience in leading test teams and managing sprint-based manual and automation testing tasks • Able to perform tasks under high pressure • At least an intermediate skill level of English • Good domain knowledge of software development process, especially the software testing process • Strong experiences in manual testing (requirement analysis, test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques including black box, risk-based, exploratory, Non-UI testing, etc.) • Strong experience in testing for API and web applications • Proficiency in coding with Java, or other programming languages • Experience in Automation testing using frameworks such as Selenium/ Playwright/Cypress/etc. • Experience with BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Spec Flow) to drive collaborative test case design and automation • Experience in using tools: Postman, Git, IntelliJ IDEA... • Nice to have: Experience in Performance testing • Nice to have: Experience in CI/CD • Nice to have: Experience in building frameworks • Nice to have: Knowledge about Design Patterns
