📋 Description

• Provide innovative solutions to design and feasibility challenges that align with domestic market standards • Identify and engage potential customers on construction projects, securing specifications and contracts • Represent Aquapanel by providing advice to professional bodies, enhancing our profile, and influencing industry issues • Create designs and specifications for architects, designers, and contractors, focusing on Knauf Exterior Wall Systems • Monitor on-site construction, collaborating with contractors to provide solutions to encountered problems • Offer technical assistance and training to the local sales team, architects, and decision-makers • Build and maintain a robust project pipeline, collaborating closely with the Marketing Department for brand presence • Utilize systems like Stratos to build account plans, focusing on the right projects in terms of size, timing, and winning opportunities • Assume additional tasks as instructed, showcasing flexibility and learning agility

🎯 Requirements

• University or College Degree in Engineering or Architecture • 3-5 years of experience in business development, specification sales, or product management within the building materials or façade system industry. • Specialized knowledge within the specific market in Hong Kong or Taiwan • Willingness to travel intensively, with a valid driving license • Fluent in English and the domestic language
