• Kickstart your career as an Electrical Project Engineer and make an impact from day one! • In this dynamic role, you'll combine your technical skills and creativity to design and manage cutting-edge electrical and control systems projects that drive process improvements and optimize machine performance across North American plants. • You'll explore innovative technologies to enhance safety, quality, and profitability while gaining hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, Drives, and Servo systems design and programming. • You'll also have the opportunity to lead large-scale capital projects, build strong relationships with contractors, and collaborate with talented teams across the company. • With approximately 30% travel, you'll gain exposure to diverse facilities and challenges, all while contributing to the standardization of controls, networks, and power equipment. • This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to grow, innovate, and make a real difference in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology • Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to take initiative and guide teams toward success. • A willingness to learn and grow, with a proactive attitude toward acquiring new skills and knowledge. • Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others effectively. • A collaborative mindset, capable of building strong relationships with team members, contractors, and stakeholders. • Problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative approach to overcoming challenges. • A passion for technology and a drive to implement solutions that improve safety, quality, and profitability.
