📋 Description
• Independently carry out minor maintenance, repairs and basic installations in and on our buildings, as well as across the company premises • Identify defects and initiate and follow up on damage reports • Serve as the contact person for external tradespeople and service providers • Assist with, inspect and approve services performed by external contractors • Snow removal (winter maintenance) and grounds/green area maintenance
🎯 Requirements
• Successfully completed vocational training in a skilled trade • Experience as a building technician/caretaker (m/f/x) • Valid driver’s license (Class B) • Reliable, independent and structured working method • Able to work under pressure, flexible and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Good command of German
