📋 Description

• Lead the dispatch team • Assist in coordinating daily transport assignments • Ensure cost-effective deployment of our fleet and subcontractors, including route planning • Organize and take responsibility for processes, as well as optimize structures and processes • Identify and propose measures to reduce costs • Serve as a point of contact for commercial and private customers • Participate in projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training in forwarding and logistics services, or an equivalent vocational qualification • Several years of relevant professional experience in forwarding and logistics • Preferably initial leadership experience • Knowledge of the waste management industry is an advantage • Confident manner with strong communication skills and empathy • Hands-on mentality, assertiveness and decisiveness
