📋 Description

• Receiving, organizing, classifying, and filing digital documents; • Monitoring and managing spreadsheets; • Sending documents by email; • Updating and maintaining records in systems; • Preparing spreadsheets and documents; • Opening customer service tickets; • Entering data into spreadsheets / various systems; • File management.

🎯 Requirements

• Age between 16 and 24; • Resident of Florianópolis, as you will attend a weekly in-person course at CIEE; • High school completed or in progress, or currently enrolled in a college/university program; • Good verbal and written communication skills; • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs); • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions; • Availability to fulfill the learning program's required hours.
