• Manage KNIPEX social media channels in South Korea, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content via internal tools across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. • Create locally relevant content and handle community management with a strong customer-centric approach. • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, collaborators, and local creators. • Continuously optimise content and campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and overall brand impact. • Create, localise, and optimise digital sales and marketing content in close cooperation with the KNIPEX Digital Marketing Team at HQ in Germany. • Support online campaigns (e.g., social media, paid advertising, email marketing) for owned and partner channels, and coordinate activities with selected customers and distributors. • Monitor and analyse KPIs related to traffic, conversions, and campaign performance, while staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and digital best practices in B2B and B2C environments.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and influencer relations (B2B and/or B2C). • Strong interest in (hand) tools and technical products. • Background in marketing, communications, sales, or a related field (education or degree preferred). • Excellent language skills: Korean (native or fluent) and very good English. • Solid digital know-how in content marketing and social media platforms. • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel). • Familiarity with social media management tools, native platform tools, paid media platforms, content planning tools, influencer and monitoring tools, creative and localisation tools, video editing tools, and CRM systems.
• Freelance mindset with high independence, reliability, and strong local market understanding. • Willingness to support and attend relevant trade fairs and industry events within South Korea.
