• Owning the technical relationship with our largest customers • Jumping into code with customers to debug issues • Triaging inbound questions from customers • Identifying friction in developer experience and advocating for improvements • Creating technical content to demonstrate effective use of Knock • Supporting sales conversations with technical prospects
• 2+ years of experience as a developer success engineer or adjacent role • Prior experience debugging API integrations • Recent experience at an early-stage startup • Strong technical generalist comfortable discussing technical concepts • Prior development experience with languages such as JavaScript, Ruby, Python, Go, Java • Excellent writing skills • Located in UK/Ireland
