📋 Description

• Provide telemedicine consultations within primary health care for acute conditions to patients of all ages, residents in Portugal or Portuguese citizens abroad. • Attend to patients referred by SNS24 via telemedicine. • Ensure high quality of clinical records, including, but not limited to: documentation of consultations, consultation diagnoses, and telemedicine-specific forms. • Ensure that all clinical procedures related to telemedicine are carried out appropriately, including, but not limited to: electronic prescribing of medications, ordering tests, and medical certificates/declarations. • Promote healthy lifestyles and community health literacy.

🎯 Requirements

• Specialists in General and Family Medicine (Eliminatory requirement) • Active registration with the Portuguese Medical Association (Ordem dos Médicos) • Clinical experience in the care of patients with acute and chronic conditions • Comfortable using digital platforms • Ability to communicate empathetically and in a patient-centered manner • Availability to work shifts at the following times: • - Monday to Friday: Between 08:00 and 18:00 • - Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Between 08:00 and 14:00
