📋 Description

• Review and edit course scripts, descriptions, storyboards, and other deliverables • Review graphics/art department deliverables to ensure the quality and adherence as storyboard dictates • Test course builds, complete issue logs and re-test fixes until the fix passes • Communication with the team on these issues and provide feedback in a collaborative way that helps to make all the departments in courseware thrive • Flexibility regarding working hours as they will be working with teams across different time zones • Take an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive as outlined in the KnowBe4 DEI statement • Ensure content is Web Content Accessible Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) compliant so that our content is accessible to all users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working in eLearning QA • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Good communication skills in English. • Able to correct others while, at the same time, encouraging them to improve their skills
