📋 Description

• Build and maintain high-scale, near real-time data pipelines for global product and service teams • Design, build, and maintain production-grade event-based data pipelines processing thousands of events per second • Implement scalable data modeling and orchestration logic to transform raw event streams into optimized downstream data models • Extend core data platform toolsets and manage production pipeline release, monitoring, and maintenance • Partner with product teams, downstream consumers, SRE/Infrastructure, and InfoSec to ensure data quality, security, and pipeline compliance • Use agentic AI tooling to accelerate development, improve context management, and write maintainable code • Provide operational support across US time zones while working from Brazil

🎯 Requirements

• ~3–5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience building production data platforms; formal degree not strictly required • Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, and PySpark • Solid practical experience with AWS cloud services and Lakehouse/Data Lake fundamentals • Familiarity with high-throughput event-based data streaming and real-time processing patterns • Clear verbal and written English communication skills to collaborate effectively across international teams • Applicant assessment and background check may be part of the hiring procedure
