• Ownership of the designated market including franchise sales prospect generation • Engage in active networking and media strategy to drive accountability • Responsibilities including prospecting, building relationships, negotiation, and finalizing conversions • Guide prospects through all phases of the sales process independently
• Bachelor's degree preferred • 1 – 3 years of sales experience in a sales and/or inside sales environment • Real Estate and/or franchise sales experience a plus • Experience reading and interpreting financial statements • Ability to empower and influence people • Basic understanding of Sales CRM systems and MS Office
