• Provide system analysis and support for IT applications, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with enhancements as needed. • Analyze business processes and application functionality to identify improvement opportunities. • Provide day-to-day support for IT systems, including issue resolution and user assistance. • Document system configurations, workflows, and support procedures. • Collaborate with developers and other IT staff within HHS and NDIT to implement changes or enhancements. • Assist with testing and validation of application updates. • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding system performance and changes. • Coordinate work with NDIT technical staff to meet state IT standards and requirements. • Participate in project work as directed by the program manager and as assigned by the project management team, the approved project plans, and the approved project schedules.
• 5+ years' experience in application support and system analysis or related IT roles. • Proficiency in mainframe technologies, including ADABAS database management and NATURAL programming. • Proven ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications and the data workflows that connect them. • Experience supporting enterprise applications and complex data workflows. • Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data queries and reporting. • Familiarity with batch processing, job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M), and data integration processes. • Understanding of incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
