📋 Description

• Liderar técnicamente el equipo de desarrollo Backend • Asegurar buenas prácticas y calidad del código • Participar activamente en el desarrollo y mantener un rol hands-on en la programación y las revisiones de código • Supervisar la arquitectura basada en microservicios y hexagonal • Colaborar en la toma de requisitos y definición de soluciones técnicas alineadas con las necesidades del negocio • Supervisar la integración continua y los despliegues en entorno cloud • Fomentar la colaboración, el aprendizaje y la mejora continua dentro del equipo

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia contrastada desarrollando en Java (últimas versiones), Spring y Spring Boot • Experiencia asumiendo un rol de Technical Lead • Experiencia trabajando con arquitectura hexagonal y microservicios • Familiaridad con CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AKS y Azure Arc • Valorable experiencia o conocimientos en Azure Cosmos DB, DB2 y Redis • Experiencia con JUnit, Mockito y TestContainers • Experiencia con herramientas de monitorización (Kibana, Grafana) • Buenas prácticas: principios SOLID y Clean Code • Buen nivel de inglés
