📋 Description

• At Koala Health, we’re dedicated to making pet health management seamless and delightful. • Our pharmacy service enables pet owners to conveniently order medications and supplements online, which are delivered directly to their doors in presorted pouches. • Koala Health is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our finance team, reporting directly to the CFO. • In this role, you’ll oversee financial analysis and reporting, support monthly financial close activities, assist with annual budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to our overall controllership. • You’ll act as a business partner to operational teams, aligning financial insights with strategic priorities and providing recommendations to senior leadership on cost structure and business performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A). • Experience in budget, forecasting, and reporting cycles. • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both finance and non-finance leaders. • Proven record of driving process improvements and building automation within finance or business operations. • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar). Proficiency in Looker or comparable business intelligence platforms. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to influence and partner across functions. • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change, and demonstrated ability to self-motivate.
