• Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of information security programs • Ensure clients have clear, regularly reviewed program plans • Own the full customer onboarding lifecycle • Ensure clients begin with a completed risk register and strategic 1-year roadmap • Maintain a client NPS score of 8.67 or above • Partner with customer success managers to deliver exceptional service • Act as the primary client point of contact • Provide transparent reports on progress and milestones • Document program processes, decisions, and changes • Own and improve delivery team processes • Manage program budgets and resource allocation • Lead subject matter experts to drive successful outcomes • Identify and manage roadblocks and risks • Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth
• Post-secondary degree in business, computer science, information technology, or equivalent professional experience • 5 years of experience in B2B client-facing roles managing technology or business change projects and/or programs • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse teams, technical experts, and stakeholders • Ability to engage with customer executives and understand business needs strategically • Experience managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as monday.com • Familiarity with compliance tools, such as Vanta • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and able to move fast while remaining calm under pressure • Program or project management certification such as CAPM, PMP, or PgMP is nice to have • Hands-on experience with Compliance and Trust products is nice to have • Previous information security or information technology industry experience is nice to have • Strong understanding of information security principles, risk management frameworks, and industry standards is nice to have • Must be willing to work in the AEST time zone and be available during business hours
